The Villa, not far from Sorrento, set in the charming village of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, is built on three levels:
Basement: A laundry equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and ironing board, a small bathroom, a billiard room.
Ground floor: The living room has two couches, a fireplace, satellite TV, a VCR, DVD player, and a CD stereo. There is also a dining room with a table for 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Also on this floor there is a separate WC.
First floor: There are three bedrooms on this floor, each one with an ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and the second and third bedrooms have two 90 cm single beds. Two of the bathrooms have a sink, toilet, and shower, whereas the third bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a Jacuzzi tub.
Second floor: There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed with terrace and view of the island of Capri and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower available.
This villa is surrounded by a large garden with many trees and plants offering plenty of shade. Situated on a private estate. Within the garden is a patio with a barbecue, grill, and pizza oven, making outdoor meals easy and convenient. There is a landscaped yard and a private swimming pool 60 m² (10x5,75) surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and chairs.
Parking is available within the property grounds that can take up to 5 cars.
