Description of the apartment

Villa Palma is an ideal base from which to explore both the Amalfi and the Sorrento Coasts. Located on the Sorrento’s hillside, 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sant’Agata sua due Golfi, it enjoys incredible panoramic views of land and sea, facing the three little islands of Li Galli .

Sant’Agata sui sue Golfi takes its name of its position that allows a beautiful view over the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno. It’s one of the hamlets of the wide territory of Massa Lubrense, and is famous for its excellent restaurants, some of which are famous internationally.

Sorrento is 9 km away and is easily reachable by car in 15 minutes.

The vacation villa ( 300 square meters) is made up of a villa and an annex divided into 2 independent suites, which can accommodate up 11 people.

The architecture is typical of the area and oriented in such a way as to be bathed in light till late afternoon.

The villa has excellent quality furniture, and is equipped with, stereo with CD player, and heating ( the heating  is in the villa while in the annex there are efficient stoves).

The property is completely enclosed with access from an automatic gate. Ideal for al fresco dinner and relaxing moments, the outside facing a beautiful landscape is composed of a large private garden with dining area, pergola,  barbecue and wood-burning oven, a private parking area, an external laundry and a panoramic swimming-pool.

Ground Floor: entrance, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower, and small bedroom with single bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access to the panoramic terrace.

Floor Below: dining-room, living-room with access to the garden, kitchen with dish-washing machine, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Ground Floor: is composed of two independent suites with access from the veranda looking onto the large courtyard which leads to the swimmingpool. One has a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and the other has a living-room with single sofa bed, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with direct access to the living-room, 1 bathroom with shower.

Swimming pool (5x8 m), garden with barbecue and wood-burning oven, pergola with dining-area, parking ( 3 cars),  washing-machine, central heating, telephone ( only for incoming calls), satellite-TV, dishwasher, laundry, washing machine, stereo with cd players.

The prices includes

• One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price;
• Cot with bars available: free of charge.

Not included in the price

• Electricity according to consumption;
• Central heating according to consumption;
• Security deposit: EUR 600,00. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
  Obligatory cleaning during the week: 3 hours a day, 5 days per week for a total of € 180 per week. Telephone: minimum € 15 per week for local calls.
