In a quiet hill area, only 500 mt far from the centre of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, about 400 mt on the level of the sea, "Villa Canale", lost in a wonderful and natural scenery of the Sorrento Coast, between the two Gulfs of Naples and Salerno.
This stone house to rent gives the chance of a relaxing vacation, and is an ideal point to discover and live the wonderful Sorrento Coast and the romantic Amalfi Coast.
Villa Canale, 160 mq large, was refurbished in 2004, in a comfortable and rustic way.
The rental villa is made of: living room, matrimonial room, two double rooms, kitchen with oven and
washing machine, two bathrooms (one with tub, the other with shower).
On the outside, a patio and a wide terrace, with a 3.000 sq mt garden, with flowers and fruit-trees, with games for children and equipment to cook and eat on the outside (self-catering kind of accomodation with: oven, barbecue, table, chairs,...)
The villa, besides, offers to its guests:
* Swimming pool adjacent to the villa (8 x 5mt), active in the summer period (June 1st - Semptember 30th);
* Parking at 50 mt (short rise);
* Climatization plant;
* Bus stop at only 500 mt (for the main sites of the area)
