A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is payable on the day of arrival. Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable by cash, traveler's checks, or credit card. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 500 EUR.
Clients are required to give a photocopy of their passport to the local manager when they arrive at the property.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 90 and 60 days before arrival, 60% of the booking deposit is reimbursed. The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 59 days and 30 days prior arrival, 40% of the booking deposit is reimbursed; the cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days before arrival entails the forfeiting of all payments made. In case of no - show the deposit is no refundable.
Arrivals must be between 03:00 pm and 07:00 pm.
Clients are expected to depart the property by 10:00 am, unless otherwise indicated.
Weekly stays go from Saturday to Saturday
After your confirm of reservation please be kind to let us have your mobile phone number and to let us know the extimated time of your arrive. It’ll have to be within 8:00 p.m. in opposite case we’ll try to find a different solution.
The reservation must be at least 3 days before your arrival.
