Description of Regina House

In the enchanting atmosphere of the historical center alleys in Sorrento, in a 18th century building stands Regina House, a cosy, intimate and elegant vacation apartment. The venue has been recently renovated and offers the possibility to enjoy holidays in comfortable and well furnished house at very competitive prices.

The apartment is an open space located on two levels which can accommodate up to 4 pax, totally independent because it has also got a one double bedroom, private bathroom with shower/bath tube, sofa bed, kitchenette, a fridge, a microwave oven and kitchenware.

From the large windows or the small balconies the rooms face the alleys of the historical center where the daily life of local people goes on while tourists stroll about to come in touch with the town atmosphere.

On the solarium area of the roof Regina House offers to all its guests the right place to relax on the sofa under 'al fresco' area and meanwhile enjoy the enchanting view on the gulf of Naples.

Regina House also offers large, bright and refined furnished rooms where the elegance of the furniture is combined with the warm and welcome atmosphere.

The rooms are double with the possibility of a sofa bed for the third and fourth guest.

Modality of payment and cancellation

Rooms: credit card is required as guarantee. No penalty if cancellation is made up to 3 days before check in. In the event of late cancellation and/or no show the amount of the first night will be withdrawn as penalty.

Apartment: in order to guarantee reservation is required a 30% deposit not refundable in case of late cancellation and/or no show. The balance will be paid upon arrival at the venue. The deposit will be refun in case of cancellations up to 30 days before check in date.
