FIRST FLOOR: There is a bedroom with an suite bathroom, two more bedrooms and another bathroom.

The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and the second and third bedrooms have two 90 cm single beds.

One bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower, the other bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a Jacuzzi tub.

SECOND FLOOR: There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed with terrace and view of the island of Capri and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower available.

This villa is surrounded by a LARGE GARDEN with many trees and plants offering plenty of shade. Situated on a private estate. Within the garden is a patio with a barbecue, grill, and pizza oven, making outdoor meals easy and convenient.

There is a landscaped yard and a private swimming pool 60 m² (10×5,75) surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and chairs.

Parking is available within the property grounds that can take up to 5 cars.
