This modern Villa near Sorrento consists of three fully furnished floors surrounded by a pretty garden (1500 m2), a solarium, two spacious panoramic terraces with private pool and sea view, equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrella. This private and secluded villa is reserved exclusively for families and small groups.
Villa built on three levels:
On the first level there is a double bedroom en-suite with shower, another bedroom with 4 beds, one double and two single or 4 single, en-suite with shower.
Both bedrooms have a terrace/solarium with sea view equipped with sun beds and sun umbrella.
On the second level there is: living room with sofas, fire place, dining area, two large panoramic terraces equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrellas.
On the third level there are: another bedrooms en-suite with shower, air conditioning/heating, safety boxes and direct access to the panoramic garden. All bedrooms have access to one of the panoramic terraces.
There is room for 18 in the living room and 18 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere in autumn and winter time.
To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and a second bathroom.
The Villa has parking on-site, with access via a short path, through a wooded area. The Villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
Maid service three hours a day, water, gas, electricity, change of linen once a week, , satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, CD stereo, VCR, DVD player, coats on request, telephone, internet connection, private patio, outdoor kitchen barbecue, parking, private swimming pool open from the 1st of May to the 31st of October.
