Villa Il Salice is a 19th century residential house recently restored. It is set in a large park with old trees, and from the villa you can see the watching tower of Montalbano and the surroundings hills with olive groves and vineyards; the eyes can see as far as the towers of Serravalle.
The swimming pool is 150 metres away from the property and it is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a dining room, a living room with separate WC and satellite TV; a kitchen-living room with five hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer and dining table.
On the first floor there is a loung with open fireplace, a large living area made of lounges and living rooms; exit to the garden.
On the second floor there is a living room, a lounge with a double sofa bed; there is a double bedroom with bathroom and a further small lounge with bathroom. There are two other double bedrooms with bathrooms.
