The garden leads to the main entrance and is equipped with barbecue, deckchairs, sun beds, tables, and a private above-ground swimming pool of 3.5 meters (11 feet) large.

The Interiors

Villa Esmeralda is over 400 square meters with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and is developed over several different levels.

The maze of spacious interiors have been decorated in elegant style and tastefully furnished with antique pieces.

On the ground floor there is a large living decorated with sofas and armchairs, piano, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning and two french doors that allow access to the garden and the pool. Still on the ground floor is a spacious dining room, of which table can accommodate 10 guests and a well equipped kitchen, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker.

At Villa Esmeralda you will find a fully air-conditioned fitness room equipped with an exercise bike, a cross trainer, a treadmill and a home gym.
