Apartment Erica D is in a peaceful 4 units complex directly above of one the best Sorrento Coast beaches, ideal for lazy days swimming and soaking up the sun.

The studio apartment covers the third floor of a villa which is located at the end of a private dead-end street and features direct access to the beach by a short path with a few flights of stairs including approximately 80 stairway steps.

Erica D is located in the village of Nerano, a famous seaside resort since the Romans time, known for its mild climate, its peacefulness, its clean sea, and its fresh air perfumed by the pleasant smell of flowers. The area is also well-known for the tasty local cookery and the good restaurants where you will be able to experience it.

A short walk takes you to the small fishing village of Marina del Cantone which offers several facilities, such as bars, shops and typical restaurants, as well as boat rental and diving equipment rental. If taking a boat from here, you can reach Capri in 15 minutes, Sorrento in 30 minutes, and Positano in 40 minutes.

In the living room there is also a kitchenette which comes equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The living room opens through three double-glazed french doors to the large terrace that faces the sea and the beautiful coastline.
