Lovely one-story apartment located in the enchanting Bay of Nerano – Sorrento Coast – with direct access to the beach and stunning views over the sea.
Apartment Erica C covers the entire second floor of a 4 levels villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea.
The property is located at the end of a private dead-end street and features direct access to the beach by a short path with a few flights of stairs including approximately 80 stairway steps. A short walk takes you to the small fishing village of Marina del Cantone which offers several facilities, such as bars, shops and typical restaurants, as well as boat rental and diving equipment rental. If taking a boat from this marina, you can reach Capri in 15 minutes, Sorrento in 30 minutes, and Positano in 40 minutes.
This apartment 60 mq large, light and airy, with terraces, a private external jacuzzi, stunning sea views and parking is the ideal gateway for a relaxing beach vacation on the Sorrento Coast.
The 30 sq mt large terrace offers wonderful view over the sea and the coastline. It is partly overshadowed by a straw pergola and supplies table, chairs and lawn chairs for relaxing al fresco dinner. On a second panoramic terrace adorned with many plants there is a deluxe a Jacuzzi tub (2 x 2 mt) with water massage. A portable barbecue are at the guests’ disposition.
Equipped with all the comforts the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: a matrimonial one with view over the sea and en suite bathroom and a double room with two single beds. Accessible from the corridor, the apartment supplies a second bathroom with basin, wc, big shower box, hairdryer.
There is a well equipped kitchen space which opens onto the great panoramic terrace (four gas burners, fridge with freezer, microwave oven), as well as a lounge living room furnished with two armchairs, a matrimonial sofa bed and a lunch table for 6.
To stay at Apartment Erica B you will need a car. You will have free parking space inside the entrance gate.
