Apartment Erica B is bright beach apartment set on the first floor of a 4 storey villa located high on a cliff, offering unlimited and stunning views over the sea of Nerano’s Bay.
It sleeps up 6 people (4+2) and features a private external Jacuzzi pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea (at 30 meters), a private see-view terrace, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will be roughly 800 meters from Marina del Cantone, a small fishing village of the Sorrento Coast which offers several services, such as bars, shops and typical restaurants, as well as boat rental and diving equipment rental. If taking a boat from this marina, you can reach Capri in 15 minutes, Sorrento in 30 minutes, and Positano in 40 minutes.
Outside there are a large terrace partly overshadowed by a straw pergola and equipped with table and chairs and a 30 sq mt garden with jacuzzi, both enjoying a wonderful view over the sea. A portable barbecue is at guests’ availability.
The apartment is fully furnished offering 2 bedrooms, a matrimonial one with view on the sea and en suite bathroom and a twin one with two single beds, convertible, on demand, in a matrimonial bed. Accessible from the corridor, the apartment supplies a second bathroom with basin, wc, big shower box, hairdryer. The living room is furnished with a matrimonial sofa bed, cable tv and french doors which lead to a big terrace on the sea.
The kitchen is supplied with four gas burners, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave oven. There’s a table for six. A french door leads to the patio and on the garden.
An apposite room is at your disposal, with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
To stay at Apartment Erica B you will need a car. You will have free parking space inside the entrance gate.

To be paid at the property: final cleaning EUR 35.00.
Security deposit: EUR 200,00. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
