Adorable apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a 4 units villa, located in Nerano, a charming seaside village of the Sorrento Coast. Just 80 stairway steps away from a pebbled beach equipped with bar, sun chairs and beach umbrellas, this 90 sq mt large apartment enjoys a nice view on the surrounding countryside.
You will be roughly 14 km far from Sorrento, 23 km away from Positano and roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Marina del Cantone, which offers several services, such as bars, shops and typical restaurants, as well as boat rental and diving equipment rental.
Renting a boat from Nerano will give you the chance to get in short time places of incomparable beauty, such as Capri (15 min), Sorrento in 30 (30 min), and Positano 40 minutes.
Apartment Erica sleeps up to 7 people, featuring a small private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, private terrace, private garden, air conditioning and winter heating. The terrace provides a great space for outdoor dining. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and is equipped with a table and chairs. The swimming pool (2.5 mt x 3mt ) area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs providing a nice area for sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartment offers 3 cozy furnished bedrooms: a matrimonial bedroom with ensuite bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a bathtub with fixed shower head, a double bedroom with two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested and a second twin beds room. Erica A offers two other bathrooms, both with shower, washbasin and toilet. On the same level you will find a fully equipped kitchen ( four-burner electric cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster) a living room, with sofa, 6 guests table with chairs and French door to access to the garden.
