The apartment is made up of two levels, on the first one there is a sitting area equipped with table, chairs, double sofa bed, access to the balcony, kitchenette equipped with fridge and small electric oven and one bathroom with hydro massage shower. On a mezzanine floor there are a double bedroom and a single bed.

The rental price includes: water and gas use, electricity use, air conditioning/heating, bed and bath linens, final cleaning.

Not included in the price

Security deposit: EUR 250,00. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
